About Megan Dean
I’m Megan Dean, a real estate agent with eXp Realty serving the greater Tampa Bay area.
I’ve always had a deep interest in real estate. For years I found myself looking over my husband’s shoulder as he built his career as an agent with eXp, something he’s now been doing successfully for three years. That constant exposure, combined with my background in sales and genuine love of helping people, finally inspired me to earn my own license and join the profession.
I believe in being thoroughly prepared and over-informed on every transaction. That approach allows me to give my clients clear guidance, strong advocacy, and the confidence that comes from working with someone who takes the time to know the market inside and out.
When I’m not working with buyers and sellers, you’ll usually find me playing volleyball, discovering new restaurants, exploring local breweries with my husband, working out, going on walks, or catching sunsets by the beach.
Originally from Ohio, I’ve called the Tampa Bay area (Saint Petersburg) home for more than five years and feel privileged to help others find their place here too. 🏡💙
